Resurfacing tubs should honestly be illegal 😭
I’m covered head to toe in white paint, high off fumes, and questioning every life decision… but these houses not gonna remodel themselves šŸ˜‚šŸ”

Just leaving work… flipping these houses over is a challenge but I’m here for it! Be back at it tomorrow…

What are y’all really trying to accomplish? This is disgusting…

5 contractor bags of laundry.
3 days of deep cleaning.
And this is exactly why short term rentals are NOT for the weak. 😩

Curtains need spot cleaning.
Windows filthy.
Food stuck on walls.
Bathrooms disgusting.
Carpets need serious attention.

People see the income online but never the turnover, labor, damage control, and exhaustion behind the scenes. This isn’t passive income… this is hospitality, property management, customer service, maintenance, and cleanup all rolled into one. šŸ§¼šŸ

Respect to every STR owner still standing because whew… this move out humbled me. šŸ˜‚

After a week of yelling, screaming, blocking parking lots, and going viral… what real impact was actually made?

Let’s stop pretending noise alone equals power. Shouting at strangers, clogging traffic for a few hours, and chasing viral clips might feel revolutionary in the moment, but if nothing materially changes afterward, then all that energy amounted to performance, not pressure. The truth is harsh: systems do not collapse because people are angry for a weekend. They change when people become organized enough, disciplined enough, and relentless enough to threaten comfort, money, reputation, and stability over time.

Because real movements require strategy, discipline, sacrifice, and sustained pressure that disrupts systems people depend on. Not just moments designed for social media applause.

If the protest ends with everybody returning to business as usual by Monday morning, then the system absorbs the outrage and keeps moving untouched.

Real change has always demanded a level of unity, discipline, and economic resistance powerful enough to make institutions uncomfortable and impossible to ignore.

The civil rights leaders I grew up watching understood that organized economics and public image moved mountains. Chaos rarely does.

Growth changes your circle. 🌱

Sometimes people are comfortable with the version of you that was tired, reactive, available, overgiving, or easily pulled into chaos. The moment you start choosing peace, discipline, boundaries, healing, and purpose, it exposes people who benefited from the old version of you.

Not every battle deserves your energy.
Not every accusation deserves your response.
Not every misunderstanding deserves access to you.

Discernment matters in this season because association is expensive. The people around you can either protect your peace or constantly pull you into confusion, drama, setbacks, and emotional exhaustion.

And you’re right about one thing many people learn too late:
the end is not always the ending. šŸ‘€

Some situations circle back.
Some people reveal themselves over time.
Some consequences don’t show up immediately.
That’s why character, integrity, and alignment matter even when nobody is watching.

Keep building.
Keep healing.
Keep moving strategically.
And let God handle what your emotions want to fight. šŸ™šŸ½āœØ

People always talk about economic power. If the community wants accountability, organized spending and boycotts are more effective than chaotic parking lot protests. Real pressure comes from where money is spent.

I lived through picketing at the Washington monument with Rosa Park speaking, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and many other staple leaders. I watched my grandfather advocate for women rights until he died.

I come from an era where protesting meant discipline, organization, and purpose. What I’m seeing now feels more performative than productive!
