Don't with folks from Dallas

One case where road rage might have actually saved lives.Wanna get your adrenaline glands all hopped up on road-ragin' vigilante justice? Check out this wild footage of a high-speed cop chase in Dallas today.Seems the fella in the white Dodge Challenger was on the run from the cops, leading them on a high-speed pursuit down busy Dallas roads just before 4pm today. The suspect opened up a sizeable lead on the police, but his run for freedom came crashing to a halt when he plowed into stopped traffic at an intersection. The next thing that hit him? Two pairs of riled-up fists.Yes, the couple in the silver Nissan minivan our suspect plowed into was not pleased with what just went down. Before the suspect could even rouse himself from his wrecked Mopar, they descended on him, raining down a torrent of road rage and vigilante whup-ass. This dazed driver wasn't going anywhere.Did they know this guy was on the run from the cops? Or were they just all bent out of shape over having their family van smashed? It's impossible to tell. But in the 28 seconds between the crash and the first police officer's arrival, the suspect got a hefty dose of smackin' around. And that's before the cops tackled him and put him under arrest.Generally, we here at R&T are 100 percent anti-road-rage. Consider this our one, and possibly only, exception.via Deadspin

href="https://www.facebook.com/International.Living">Facebook, and Google+!To live the big city life for less and enjoy a world-class retirement look no farther than the San Francisco neighborhood of Panama City.I chose to live in San Francisco because of its walkability, its amenities, and just how close it is to the kind of action that makes for a great city life…and from gourmet delis to evenings at the opera, I enjoyed every minute.A 10- or 15-minute walk away is the massive Atlapa Convention Center, which is host to a massive range of exhibitions and events. I’ve been to everything from handicraft expos to orchestra performances, book fairs, and more. (It’s hard to resist when you’re getting such bargain prices; you’ll likely spend 25% to 50% less than you might in the U.S. or Canada for similar events.)I’ve seen the opera The Barber of Seville here for $25, and I’ve attended jazz jam sessions for free. Before a show, I always have dinner at Jimmy’s, across the street. The Greek pizza is just $7 and local lagers are $3.I save a lot in San Francisco during the summer months of December through April, too, by attending the many free events at Omar Park. The best is Musicalion—five days of concerts in January. This year there were over a hundred artists presenting everything from ballet to acoustic guitar to blues. Friends and I went to Purolove restaurant for a gourmet meal—appetizer, main course, and juice, for just $13.50—this year. Then we sat on the Omar Park green and enjoyed live classic rock (in English, no less).Outside of the free events, Omar Park is a lively and lovely place to be. People from all walks of life enjoy the park year-round. They come to play, …

Even though the housing market has been steadily recovering for a few years now, one thing has been keeping it from making a real comeback: first-time homebuyers. But that will soon change, according to Realtor.com.As the jobs picture improves, Millennials are going to be returning to the housing market, said Jonathan Smoke, the realty site's chief economist.Smoke predicts that new home sales will climb by 25% next year. And in some markets, the influx of young first-time buyers will be especially significant.Realtor.com crunched more than 15 data points, including population growth, affordability and employment, to come up with a list of 10 housing markets that will record the fastest sales growth in 2015 and beyond.ATLANTA2015 home sales forecast: +11%Atlanta is expected to see a surge of new homeowners, with low home prices helping to fuel home sales."Atlanta began to recover much later than other markets, but is showing signs of returning to its prior form of leading the country in population and household growth," said Smoke.Over the next 5 years, the metro area is expected to see a 6% increase in home owning households, said Smoke.DALLAS2015 home sales forecast: +7%Dallas's economy remained strong during the Great Recession and keeps rolling along in the recovery."It's on pace to set a new employment record in 2014, and is forecasted for 3% growth in 2015, well above the U.S. average," said Smoke. In fact, he expects Dallas to lead the country in new household formation over the next five years.DES MOINES, IOWA2015 home sales forecast: +9%How did Des Moines a small Midwestern metro area, sneak onto Realtor.com's hot housing markets list?"It features something that few large markets have: affordability," said Smoke. The median-priced home costs $180,000, well below the national median of $221,000.Des Moines also has a higher percentage of Millennials than average. And many of them have jobs. The local unemployment rate was a tidy 4.1% in September.DENVER2015 home sales forecast: +14%Denver "has enjoyed one of the stronger local economies since the recovery began," said Smoke.Metro area unemployment is below average while job growth is higher. Denver has already recovered all the jobs lost in the recession which has helped fuel a hot housing market. He forecasts home sales growth of 14% in 2015, the highest of any market.HOUSTON2015 home sales forecast: +5%Houston is on pace to set an employment record this year, adding jobs at twice the national rate. href="https://www.facebook.com/International.Living">Facebook, and Google+!Twenty years ago, when I first visited Málaga, it was the ugly stepsister of Spain’s Costa del Sol: a little scruffy and down-at-heels (though with gloriously sunny weather and a seaside location). So it was pure pleasure to return last summer and find it transformed into a Cinderella: one of Spain’s most livable—and affordable—cities for coastal living.Today’s Málaga is clean and bright, with a pedestrian-only city center and a revamped harbor area that is a joy to stroll. The city is brimming with museums, great dining, and plenty of shopping to suit all tastes and budgets.Happily, the best of the “old” Málaga remains, as well. The sun still shines, there are miles of seaside, winter temperatures are balmy (days average 63 F in January), and sea breezes still blow off the Mediterranean, cooling the hot summer days. And Málaga is still cheerful and vibrant, oozing its trademark Andalusian charm.Best of all, it remains a very Spanish city, even in the prime tourist areas. So if you enjoy big-city life with laidback charm and a side of seashore, give Málaga a whirl. You can even get by in English.Simply walking up Calle Larios, the broad, pedestrian-only avenue that is the heart of Málaga’s historic center, can lift the spirits. Shops and restaurants line both sides of this wide, tile-paved street. Benches, colorful flower stands, and tall, graceful streetlights march at regular intervals up the street. Four or five stories above ground level, a series of huge canopies is strung across Calle Larios, shading the strollers below from the blazing Mediterranean sun.I spent a blissful day just being a to …
