Hey friends! I just wanted to let you all know that if you are thinking of selling your home this spring, now is the time to call me and let's get a plan together. Even if you are just thinking about it, I would be glad to drop by your house and just talk... no commitment, no strings attached....just good advise on some options.
Spring IS the time where buyers are looking at homes here in the area (still alot are moving to this state) to move into in the summer. So many buyers are wanting to get settled before schools start up in August. It could take up to a month to get ready (declutter, repairs, staging the house and the yard, pack, etc.) and perhaps two months to close, so as of now you are looking at the middle of July and that is getting an offer on week one. That is totally possible if we follow the correct steps in my program.
