One year in, and I've learned I don't need to know everything.

I need to be 𝙃𝙐𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙔 enough to find out.

A year ago, I thought becoming a great REALTOR® meant learning all the answers. What I've learned is that every house is different. Every client is different and some of the most important questions are the ones none of us knew we needed to ask yet. My job is to keep looking. To be curious. To ask better questions. To find the person who knows what I don't and to be genuinely excited about solving something for my clients that might make their experience easier, safer or simply better.

I've also learned how much who you surround yourself with matters. I have an entire brokerage full of people with different experiences and expertise. When I don't know something, chances are somebody around me does and I've realized that's part of what I can offer my clients too. I don't have to know everything. I want to be the shortest distance between your question and the right answer.

One year down. Still learning. Still asking. Still ridiculously excited to help and hopefully becoming a little more 𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒅 to know every day.
