Move out day is on July 22nd! There are a few things you NEED to know:

1. WHEN TO VACATE BY
Be sure to have your keys turned in by 12:00 PM on move-out day. You’ll be charged $100/hr if you’re still in your unit after this time!

2. LEAVE YOUR UNIT CLEAN
Be sure to thoroughly clean you unit before turning in your keys to avoid cleaning fees.

3. COMPLETE YOUR MOVE-OUT CHECKLIST
Log into your resident portal to make sure your balance is paid and your new address is on file!

4. CANCEL OR UPDATE YOUR RENTERS INSURANCE POLICY
Don’t keep paying for a policy you don’t need! If you have a third-party insurance policy (including Homebody and GradGuard, be sure to contact them to cancel your policy.

5. GO FORTH AND PROSPER!
