Announcing Our New Association Executive – Loni Bryant

We are pleased to announce the
hiring of Loni Bryant as the new Association Executive for the Crossroads Association of REALTORS®. Loni began her role on Monday, May 19 th .

Loni brings a strong work ethic, outstanding technology skills, and a deep
understanding of REALTOR® associations.

She is a graduate of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and has consistently demonstrated dedication to our association through service on committees and support of our mission.

Loni’s relational approach, collaborative spirit, and long-term commitment to the role
made her the clear choice to lead us forward.

As Hiring Committee member Bev Roberts shared,
“Once we had narrowed down our applicants and completed several interviews, it
became evident that Loni far exceeded all others. Her participation in the IAR
Leadership Academy and her skills with technology stood out to us, and we were
confident we had the right person for the job.”

We invite all members to our first Meet and Greet with Loni at 10:30 AM on June 12th, just
prior to the RPAC Auction at Mensendiek’s Event Center, 504 Jackson St.,
Jonesville.
