Not all transactions are smooth, sometimes getting to the closing table can be quite the challenge. Having open communication and honesty with my clients can be tough when bringing bad news but it is important to me that I build strong relationships. In this case, having an open dialogue with my buyer despite the challenges we faced with this deal gave my client trust in me to represent his interests and fight for a fair deal exactly as he would have himself.

That little bit of extra patience and understanding allowed us to close on the perfect log cabin. Quite the fixer-upper, but this property features two full lots backed up against the tree-line.
