CLMS Management is hiring for a Full-time Maintenance & Turn Technician for our 152-unit community in West Columbus.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Complete service requests in a timely manner.
-Painting & making apartments ready in between tenants.
-Maintaining property grounds and curb appeal
-Preventative maintenance as assigned
-Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
-Assisting with after hours emergencies as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ years experience in multi-family maintenance or equivalent
-Dry wall knowledge including painting and carpentry
-Knowledge of plumbing parts and repairs.
-Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
-HVAC knowledge is highly preferred but not required.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
On Call / Overtime Possible
