Timing the market perfectly is difficult, but preparing your home and strategy properly is something you can control.

What I’m seeing in the Columbus market right now is that the homes getting the most attention aren’t necessarily the ones that “timed it right,” they’re the ones that were priced correctly, showed well, and had a strong plan from day one.

That means focusing on things like making your home feel move-in ready, understanding what buyers are actually paying in today’s market (not last year), and creating the right first impression online where most buyers start their search.
