Congratulations to my clients on officially closing on their 17-acre hunting property! 🌲🏡
After quite a search, we finally found a property that checked all the boxes: the right location, beautiful elevation, plenty of room for trails, cabin & hunting houses already on the property, and incredible hunting opportunities. The land is full of deer and turkey, with even the occasional black bear.
One little moment from our very first showing made this closing even more special. While we were walking the property, a butterfly kept landing on one of my clients multiple times. Looking back now, it feels like a sweet little sign that we had finally found the right place.
Congratulations on 17 beautiful acres and your own piece of the outdoors. I’m so excited for you both and all the memories and adventures ahead! 🦌🌲
