Just got back from 30A and… hallelujah, what a week

Sun on my shoulders, sand in my shoes, and a full heart from time spent with some of the best in the business. So much learning, so much sharing, and the kind of conversations that spark new ideas long after they end

There’s something about being surrounded by people who get it… who push you, inspire you, and remind you why you love what you do

Counting down the days until I’m headed to 30A for a conference next week and I couldn’t be more excited.

Three reasons I’m especially looking forward to it:
✨Discovering new ideas, tips and tricks to implement in my market
✨ Getting to reconnect with incredible colleagues from across the country
✨ Experiencing a much needed break after a long Ohio winter

We finally did it! 🏡✨

After being under contract on two other homes that just weren’t the right fit, my clients trusted the process and it paid off. They found THE ONE in a beautiful new construction home in Berlin Farms.

With a large lot and amazing neighborhood amenities like a pool, co-op garden, and clubhouse, this community checked all the boxes. After nearly a year of living in a small apartment during their relocation, they are officially settling into their dream home.

So excited for this next chapter for them! 🎉

5 things you might not know about me…

1. I could eat Cava every single day and never get sick of it
2. My gas tank is basically always on empty… and somehow that doesn’t stress me out
3. All three of my kids are IVF babies💜💜🩵
4. The second I get home, it’s slippers on. No exceptions
5. I have way too many hobbies and still dream of becoming a beekeeper someday🐝

Another weekend, another round of the working mom juggle.

Soccer game (times 6), showed a client two homes, negotiated inspection repairs for my in contract buyers, and as a bonus got to spend time with old friends along the way. ⚽🏡. Not pictured: Pizza in pajamas (much welcomed)🍕😴

Busy, a little chaotic, and still wouldn’t trade it.
