📍July Closing Flashback — but forever a milestone 🏡✨

I know I’m a little late sharing this one (blame it on motherhood + real estate life!), but this closing with Tina and Alex was truly unforgettable.
I had just become a mom less than a month before—still healing, still learning… and still showing up.
With my Mini CEO by my side, I walked into this closing with purpose, love, and a new perspective on what “doing it all” really means.
✨ And the wins? We didn’t just close—we negotiated over $15,000 in credits and concessions to support their vision for the home. That included help with closing costs and cash back at the table to jumpstart the changes they wanted to make. Every piece of the deal was about them—their needs, their goals, their future.
This summer reminded me: Real estate is more than contracts and keys. It’s people, life shifts, and new beginnings. And when you get to support incredible clients who are expecting a another baby while you’re raising your own—it becomes full circle. 💕
