I hope you all had wonderful holiday seasons and a great start to the new year.

New Years Resolution:
There are a few goals that I have for myself this year one of them is sharing more of my journey with you all.

I realize that sharing is bigger than me. I never know who is watching and might be inspired to _______. I also believe that sharing is a testament to all of those who have invested in me and have helped me get to this incredible point in my life.

Whatever I do this year, I will make the most of it. I will enjoy the journey and be grateful

Last year ended on a high note and I'm looking forward to what this year has in store.

Last month put me over the $1 million mark for total real estate sold! I'm humbled and grateful to my clients who trusted me to help them along their journey.

It has been challenging to see everything come together while balancing a full time school schedule but I knew it was possible after seeing the example my mom set for me raising my brothers and me while being a full time student and having a full time job. This one's for you ❤

This journey has been incredibly rewarding and I'm excited to see what the future holds!

School, Real Estate and life has kept me busy recently but I wanted to take the time to highlight one of my recent accomplishmens.

This one was my biggest challenge yet! A couple was moving up from Texas with only 5 days to arrive, find a home and be in contract in the most competitive market Columbus has ever seen!

We saw over 20 homes in 3 days before finding the one which they thought would be perfect for them and their dog Ghost 👻

As happy as I am that we found this home, I was even more excited being able to save them $9,000 in the process!

It was such a joy helping this awesome couple get their first home 🏡

And it was an honor to be coined by a Captain in our United States Army, 40th Brigade Engineer Battalion!

From using multiple strategies to come up with pricing and working with a seller out of state, to handling the many obstacles that came our way during the transaction.

I've been blessed to learn at an early age that its all about work life balance. This trip has been another opportunity to develop that.

In the past week my listing has hit the market and gone in contract (over the list price 😎) all while being on vacation. My client received a few offers and with so much interest in their home, time management was key for me to be able to handle business as well as enjoy this time with my people.

Some things never change 🤣 aside from Andrew managing to blink during the photo again unscripted, the amount of support he has shown me and many other of his current and former students has been incredible.

To put the trust of selling your home in me speaks volumes and is the epitome of believing in and supporting a student (which he talks about in his NEW BOOK)
