Now that the framing is complete, it's time to add some of the inner workings of the home! The HVAC units, plumbing, septic, electrical, and refrigerant lines are installed. The plumbing is pressure tested, and once complete it's time to put up some walls!

✅ Stage 1 - Site Prep/Foundation:
This is the first stage of many, and one of the most important. A solid foundation is key to a well-built home. The process begins with all permits being applied for and approved. Once approved, work begins to excavate and level the build area. Stakes, wooden forms, rebar, and footings are then installed, and trenches are dug for septic/sewage, electrical lines, and water. Finally, all plumbing and electrical lines are inspected, the driveway sub-grading is installed, and the foundation is poured!
