At Rocky Point Partners, we believe in investing in our communities and celebrating the country that makes opportunities like this possible.

We’re proud to have installed a 25’ x 40’ American flag at The Benjamin in Franklinton. Each year, throughout June and July, this flag will fly at one of our active construction projects, moving to a new location every summer as we frame up our next development.

It’s our way of honoring the freedoms, opportunities, and sacrifices that have made this country so special, while celebrating the communities we’re privileged to help build.

Progress update at The Benjamin Apartments Phase II with Rocky Point Partners. Following completion of the podium deck, the team sequenced through the vertical elevator shaft, then Level 2 and Level 3 wall framing and trusses.

With Level 3 framing nearly complete, the building’s floor plates, unit layouts, and corridor configurations are materializing on site. The team is now pushing toward Level 4 walls and roof trusses. Strong field coordination and ex*****on from Elford, Inc. and the full trade team as we move into the next phase.
