🔧 WE’RE HIRING! | MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS CREW
Have hands-on maintenance experience? We’re looking for YOU!
Rockwood Rentals is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team!
We’re especially interested in applicants with previous maintenance, property repair, or construction experience. We need someone who knows their way around tools, can tackle hands-on projects, and takes pride in getting the job done right!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Lawn care and upkeep of residential properties
• Make-ready work to prepare homes for new tenants
• Haul-outs, clean-outs, and debris removal
• Assisting with various maintenance and operations projects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Previous maintenance experience strongly preferred - experienced applicants will receive priority consideration!
• Experience with tools, lawn equipment, and general property repairs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
