✨ HI FRIENDS! ✨

I’m super excited to be back in the game. It’s been a while and I had to make a whole new page, so I guess I should reintroduce myself!

Hi, I’m Kennedy 😊 Since 2021, I’ve sold millions of dollars of real estate working with both buyers and sellers, but most of my clients have been first time buyers. I love teaching about the home buying process and walking people through it for the very first time. There’s something very special about that first home, and I love being a part of that.

It’s been about a year since I’ve sold a home, but I haven’t been away from real estate! Since August of 2024, I’ve been at 1 Percent Lists Indiana Real Estate as a licensed assistant. At 1PL, I’ll be able to offer the same great service to my clients while saving them thousands by charging only 1% to list!

Above all else, I’m a mom to the best little boy in the world. He’s my reason. I love working with families because I understand what it’s like to strive to give your kids the best, and it’s so special to show you guys a home and watch the kids pick out their bedroom or plan out where the back yard play set will be. I’m also in nursing school, because apparently I can’t sit still! I definitely have a passion for nursing and hope to work in the ER after I graduate, but I always see myself being involved with real estate as well.

Two homes under contract yesterday and another one this morning!

1: Helping a sweet family (and old friend) buy a farmhouse on 5 acres closer to family.
2: Listed this adorable home for my sellers on Monday, had multiple offers by Wednesday, and had accepted one by this morning.
3: Helping an awesome girl with big plans buy this duplex that she’ll be able to live in AND use as an investment property.

The forecast predicts a rainy few days ahead of us! What better time to sit down and do a few things to get ready for your spring time home search? Here are a few things you can do to be prepared for house hunting!

• Have a buyers consultation with me! We’ll go over your specific goals and situation. Have a house that needs to be sold in order for you to buy? We can talk about that too.

• List your wants and your needs. What is non negotiable and what would be nice to have but isn’t a necessity?

• Get in touch with a lender and fill out an online application for a pre approval. Gather things like tax documents, pay stubs, and W2s to make the process go smoothly. Applying for a loan can be quick if you’re prepared.

• Once you are pre approved and have spoken to your lender, I will put you on a home search and we will start booking showings! You may be wondering why we do this AFTER you’ve been pre approved by a lender. Well, when you find “the one,” we don’t want to be waiting for that pre approval to be done. We want to write that offer right away!

🥹 I often forget to ask my clients to leave a review for me. So I have never posted a testimonial before. One of of my 2024 goals is to start focusing on building my portfolio and business in those ways, but I truly just never think to ask because it made me feel too “salesy” and I am NOT salesy. If you’ve worked with me you know this. I do it for the people! BUT anyway, getting client feedback like this makes me so so happy. She closed on her house months and months ago and I’m so thankful that we have stayed in touch and that she had a good experience.
