This past weekend was so much fun.

First off huge shout out to my teammate .el.go for competing. It was an honor to watch you.

I got to meet some amazing people, learn about new products, and buy some of the cutest clothes from .threads.

I’d say it was a great first Arnold. Can’t wait to go back next year ✨🤠

I also included a very cute fire hydrant I found along the way. I was a big fan. 🐶

Another one ✨ SOLD ✨

This one was a fun one! We had multiple offers that did not fit my sellers criteria. We decided to hold off on those and wait for the perfect buyers, and they did not disappoint.

We were able to secure buyers at list price, with an appraisal gap, and no request to remedy. A sellers dream. 😍✨

One of the most important parts of selling your home, is making sure you and your agent are on the same page. We had offers week 1, and could have had a quick sale and a quick close. I understood my clients need and the market and we held our ground.

In the end we didn’t need the appraisal gap, as our appraisal came in good! My clients were very satisfied from the beginning of our transaction to the closing table!

This has been one of my favorite listings so far. I can’t wait for the next ones. ✨
