Happy 1 year Housiversary!! Just realized I never shared this story...

On March 1st Connie reached out to me about a piece of land in Pataskala. After speaking with her I learned that she was a nurse and her Church and friends were in the Pataskala area. She was open to building a small manufactured home, or renovating a small condo.

After meeting with a few builders and learning the restrictions around manufactured homes we determined that the condo route was best.

March 14th she was pre approved. We found a condo community that she really liked, offered on a property with multiple offers and lost out to appraisal gap coverage (something she really did not want to provide).

March 20st at 1pm a condo in that same neighborhood, the layout she wanted, and under priced came up on the market. 3pm we toured the home. 6pm we had a slightly over list offer (no appraisal gap) submitted to the sellers. By the next morning we were in contract!!

We closed on the condo April 11th, thanks to the amazing team at Rapid mortgage, and an inspection by K and J Inspections. Everything moved quick and seamlessly!
