Truly feels like this year, Valentine’s Day kicked off the central Ohio spring Real Estate market!

🏡 This past weekend I showed 6 properties, 2 of which went into multiple (5+) offers.

📄 My clients locked down one of those properties ^ by offering strategically, taking Seller needs into consideration, and ultimately winning the home (even beating cash offers).

📊 While some properties are flying off the market, there is plenty of inventory sitting, to where Buyers have more negotiating power! One of my other clients have the Sellers paying over $10k toward their closing costs.

Homeownership isn’t for everyone, but it’s a great way to build massive equity, and rest assured that your landlord won’t be surprising you with a rent increase or notice of non-renewal.
