Join us for the very first Charles Community Yard Sale!

August 8th, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

It's the perfect opportunity to clear out items you no longer need and see what treasures your neighbors have for sale!

How it Works:
Set up a table, tent, or display in front of, behind, or near your unit.

Register to participate so your unit can be included on the official yard sale map.

Visitors will receive a map of participating locations and can walk throughout the community to shop.
