Brittany Sims is a dedicated and hard working Coldwell Banker Realty agent who serves clients throughout Columbus and surrounding areas. Born and raised in the Columbus area, Brittany knows the area well and has a passion for serving her community. From start to finish, Brittany will be by your side handling every step of the home-buying/selling process in a strategic, efficient and caring manner.

For sellers, Brittany uses a marketing plan that includes quality digital and print marketing. She has a love for marketing and social media and will create a plan to get you top dollar for your home. As for buyers, Brittany will outline in detail the process of purchasing a new home and work with you to find exactly what you are looking for. Brittany has worked closely to her fiancé, Ronnie Gallion, who is the Branch Manager of the Polaris Office and has guided her and taught her strategic ways to make sure all portions of the transaction go smoothly. Prior to entering real estate, Brittany worked along side of her fiancé, doing marketing and learning the behind the scenes work of being a licensed agent. She also was a manager at a smoothie shop and learned many business and marketing strategies for 5 years. Currently, while not doing real estate, Brittany works on her small business, Milo’s Wish. The online boutiques sells clothing and accessories for pet lovers and donates a portion of their profits back to the Columbus Humane Society. Brittany has a love for animals and is constantly involved in the central Ohio pet community. In her free time, Brittany loves being outside, hiking, kayaking, golfing, exploring and traveling. She loves being around her friends and family, going to festivals, playing in recreational sports leagues, and trying new experiences. With her compassion for the community and comprehensive knowledge of real estate, you can rest easy knowing Brittany will give you top of the line customer service while guiding you through the process of finding your dream home or selling your current home!

Happy Friday! I hope everyone has a fun fall weekend!

Some Updates:

*Ever since the wedding I have kind of taken some time away from my business social media and have slowed my business down a bit, after 2.5 years of the hustle of running two of my own businesses, weddings, a new house, work trips, lots of travel, slowing down has been exactly what I needed. While business will continue to be very important to me and I have some pretty big goals for the next couple years, my life goal is to live life a bit slower, enjoy the small things, deeply care for every client, continue growing relationships with my new husband, family and friends, and of course spend tons of time with my sweet boy Woodford.

Tomorrow, we leave for our very first cruise with my parents while Woody is away at bootcamp for 2 weeks learning on the things he needs to be the best pup ever. I can't wait to spend this time with Ronnie and my parents relaxing and seeing new countries, but I also am excited to come back and dive back into my business, change my last name and start fresh before the holidays!

I have some fun client events planned, content, and new things coming for the 614 RLTR group!
