Welcome to the Goodale Park Carriage House located on beautiful Goodale Park, a 33 acre urban oasis steps away from the Short North. The apartment is a comfortable 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with cathedral ceilings and a lot of windows for natural light. The carriage house is conveniently located 2 blocks from High Street with all of its shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as a short

walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, North Market, and the Arena District. The carriage house is a 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ice maker, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils as well as a Keurig coffee machine and washer/dryer. There is a 43" television with Roku and the ability to access your own Netflix and Amazon accounts. The fully air conditioned apartment has a lot windows for natural light and ventilation on nice days. There are also ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The carriage house is 2 blocks from High Street and a short 10 minute walk (1/2 mile) to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the North Market. The Arena District, Nationwide Arena, and Express Live are a 15 minute walk. The Ohio State University and Downtown Columbus can be reached by car in 5 minutes, and the airport in 10 minutes.

"Jeff's Carriage House is lovely. The decor is pleasing and unobtrusive, with lots of natural light and great architectural features. The location is easy to access, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We come to Columbus quite often, for business and pleasure, and this is one of the nicer stays we've had. The place is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Having a full kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal is high on our list of amenities, and the Carriage House did not disappoint. Plus, there is a market a short walk away if you've forgotten anything. Jeff was very good at communicating before and during our stay. An added plus was that parking was always easy. We look forward to our next trip and hope the Carriage House is available. Thanks, Jeff!"

"A wonderful unit in a perfect Short North Columbus location! Jeff's communication before I arrived was timely and comprehensive so I had no problems finding the property and getting in. The unit is spacious and well stocked with everything I needed. The location is perfect - just across from the park and a couple of blocks walk through the beautiful neighborhood to lots of shops and restaurants. The location also offers easy access to and from the airport, and downtown Columbus. Jeff is a great host and I highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a spacious and private place in the area."

"OMG! Jeff's place was a total gem. It was easy to locate, peaceful and quiet but close enough to everything you'd want to do in Columbus, and very well-designed. There's a spacious park right next to the carriage house that's great for a morning run. This was a comfy, lovely spot to come home to after a long day exploring or in my case at a GCCC conference. Jeff was communicative and you can tell he clearly loves being an AirBNB host. His little details were above and beyond, and the Goldfish were a nice touch. A total steal compared to hotels in the area and, in my opinion, a true 5-star experience. Definitely worth it to book!"

We loved our two night stay at the Carriage House. It is a beautiful, very clean, place and it is perfect for two people. The location is very walkable to many delicious restaurants and beautiful Goodale Park. The surrounding Victorian homes are so much fun to admire. Jeff was a very responsive host and he had snacks and drinks for us that we appreciated. Parking was easy. We would highly recommend staying at his Carriage House.

"The carriage house is so bright, airy, & spacious. We felt so relaxed as soon as we arrived. Kitchen with full size fridge & oven plus everything else you might need. Comfy bed, ample storage everywhere, large shower. Easy parking with permit and very walkable to Goodale Park & High St. The hosts are great with communication & instructions. Very accommodating & friendly. Lovely stay all around!"

"This was one of my favorite Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in! It was so cute and very clean. It was also perfect for a couple and exactly what we needed for a little weekend getaway! The location was awesome: in a beautiful neighborhood and walkable to good restaurants, bars, and OSU campus. If I ever find myself in Columbus again, I will definitely be back. Would 100% recommend!"

"This worked out well for us. It was easy to find and there were spots to park right in front. The apartment is very spacious with a lot of natural light and is well maintained. We really enjoyed spending time in the Victorian Village and it was a plus to be right by the park and a short walk to the North Market. We have family in Columbus and the plan is to make this our go-to place to stay when we’re in town"

"The house was pristine, well stocked kitchen (with coffee and coffee machine) and a large closet to hang everything. We booked the house to stay for the weekend of the Columbus marathon. We appreciated that it was quiet on a Saturday night but located within walking distance of the race start and end. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Columbus!"
