Central Ohio Market Update 🔍

This past week we saw 979 new listings hit the market!

We also saw 850 go pending or contingent, which means under contract.

567 closed homes! Congrats to all those new home owners! 🙌

We also saw 190 homes go back on market. “Back On Market” mostly includes homes that were in contract, but are now out of contract. Usually the reasons for this are 1. Financing! The buyer’s financing fell through, forcing the home back on market. Or 2. Inspection! Buyer had an inspection performed, it was unsatisfactory and/or agreements could not be met, and the home was placed back on market.

And then finally, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is sitting around 6.79%.
