Old North area: Before and after. Removed the old exterior stairs and installed a new one to modern building codes. One of the challenges was installing 12 concrete footers to support the stairs and having to work around the water lines. Not to mention the 24 foot steel beams that weighed at least 1000 pounds each. Thankfully it’s done.O
