SWEET HEART SPECIAL!
Apply to the Lofts at Ashford to be entered into the sweet heart raffle, and have a chance to win a free apple watch! Applicants that bring all documentation with them upon turning in their application will be entered 5 times! On top of that everyday that you live in your apartment you get another entry!
Raffle will end February 12th and, the drawing to pick the winner will be held February 14th.
Requirements to win:
- You must be approved, and ready to move in.
Documentation needed:
- 6 recent pay stubs (If you do not have 6 recent pay stubs, we need how many you have plus an offer letter, offer letter just states how much you make, and how many hours you work a week.)
- Identification card (If you do not have an identification card then a births certificate is required) and social security cards.
- If you get disability bring your social security award letter.
- If you receive child support bring documentation.
- If your job has 401k we need your 401k Documentation.
- If you have assets that exceed $5,000 we need 6 recent bank statements.
-If you have ever gotten a divorce, documentation will be needed.
