On this Veterans Day, we honor and recognize all veterans who have selflessly answered the call to serve in our nation’s Armed Forces. There is distinct honor in serving in the military, thereby committing to uphold American ideals and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

For their enduring devotion to promoting freedom, we thank all who have served; we are forever grateful for the sacrifices veterans have made for the freedoms we all enjoy. It is indeed an honor and a privilege to have former, and current, service members as part of the Millennia organization as they reflect the very best of our country and embody our core values.

A successful management company is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for our property in Columbus, OH. We desire someone that has experience in the housing industry with preference given to those with Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, or other subsidies of multi-family low income housing experience. The Assistant Manager will also lead the property when the Manager is out of the office. This is a Full-Time position with an excellent benefit package and attractive starting hourly salary.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 yrs. experience in rent determinations, resident relations, marketing and leasing of apartments, including creation of marketing materials, outreach marketing to community and the ability to lease the apartments. Strong math skills are required. This person must be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision. This position has a heavy focus on income verification/certification, paperwork and resident relations. Experience with One-Site software is a plus!

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong math skills
• Flexible availability schedule
• Outgoing and energetic personality who enjoys working with people
• Well organized with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to assist with budget compliance
• Creative
• Capable of working in a fast paced worked environment
• Proficient in MS Publisher, Word and Excel
