A Columbus, Georgia native, Fabain has deep roots in the community he proudly serves. Having attended school locally from K-12 and played trumpet in the Carver High School marching band, he has built lifelong connections throughout the Columbus and Phenix City area.
Before transitioning into real estate, Fabain spent more than 18 years as a painting contractor, building and operating First Choice Painting and Home Repair. He also brings over 16 years of experience in both door-to-door and business-to-business sales with companies including Swisher International, Ecolab, and Performance Food Group. Through those roles, he developed strong skills in customer service, negotiation, and recognizing property value and presentation.
Now in real estate, Fabain combines his hands-on experience, local knowledge, and passion for helping others to guide clients through buying and selling with confidence. As a husband and father raising a family in the community, he understands the importance of finding a place to truly call home.
