Having the privilege to service all over Ohio, it's always incredible to see how different each market is! Canton is rounding out to becoming the hot market of the state (among other areas of interest). The average Days on Market are creating quite an intense Seller's Market as the inventory remains low. This coupling results in the multiple offer scenarios that connote to Canton's quick sales. While that is a pressing issue for buyer's, it allows for healthy competition in a market that's been waiting to see activity!
How does one traverse this market? Hopefully with a skilled expert 😉. If you've ever got questions I'm always happy to meet or talk! Nowhere is too far for me. And I hope my recent work has showed that!
