The Real Estate Certification Program (RECP) will be offering a 10-week blended prelicensing course, held in person here in Columbus at the Crossroads Association of REALTORS® office, beginning August 4th, 2026.
Course Details:
Location: Crossroads Association of REALTORS®
320 Franklin Street, Columbus, IN 47201
Dates: August 4 – October 8, 2026
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 – 9:00 PM (ET)
Format: Two in-person classes per week plus one online class weekly
Instructors: Bev Roberts & Janet Haight
Cost: $638 (includes tuition and textbooks)
This blended format offers the structure of live classroom instruction with the flexibility of online learning—ideal for individuals balancing work and other commitments.
