Another unforgettable day at our nation’s capital. 🇺🇸

It was an honor to walk the halls of the U.S. Capitol, tour one of our country’s most historic buildings, and advocate for issues that matter to Hoosiers and homeowners.

Alongside fellow Indiana REALTORS®, we met with Senator Todd Young and Senator Jim Banks to discuss housing affordability, inventory challenges, and policies impacting homeownership.

We also had the opportunity for a meaningful roundtable discussion with the office of Representative Jefferson Shreve, diving deeper into the issues affecting our communities and the real estate industry.

Advocacy is ensuring the voices of our members, property owners, and future homeowners are heard.

Grateful for the privilege to represent Indiana and the communities we serve.

The 21st Century Road to Housing Act, the largest housing legislation in decades, passed the House with a bipartisan 396-vote majority but has been stuck in Congress for months over minor technical differences between the House and Senate versions. The bill aims to address the housing crisis by cutting regulatory red tape and expanding access to lower-cost housing options like modular and manufactured homes.
