What a long time coming! These folks went into contract in March with the need to sell their home in Colorado before relocating to Columbus. We awaited the buyers of their home going through the loan assumption process and then we finally closed it all out last week! So many moving parts, especially restoring VA entitlement on the same day as their closing, but our team and two great realtors kept all things organized and timely!

It means the world when a family trusts me not once, but twice to help finance their properties! I helped these folks purchase their very first home 5 years ago and yesterday we closed on their first investment property!
