On-Call Maintenance Technician

Duties
- On Call after hour’s service on a scheduled rotation to handle emergency service requests.
-Ensure positive resident relations by responding to requests in a friendly, professional manner
and within the designated time frame.
-Maintain a safe work environment at all times and perform duties following all Federal and
State safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
-Must have a current EPA certification.
-Must have knowledge and experience in Multifamily or Commercial Property
Maintenance.
-Understand and comply with the Equal Housing Opportunity requirements.
-Ability to communicate professionally.
-Valid driver's license is required, as well as dependable transportation.
