Congratulations to John and Shawn for closing on their newly renovated home in Upper Arlington today! We first met back in 2024 with the goal of moving them close to their children and grandchildren. A deal fell through that was very disappointing but looking back, I’m so thankful it did. These two secured an even better opportunity off market, in-house.
