In 2023, we launched our Fast Track training program to accelerate the learning curve our new commercial agents face when entering the industry. Led by Executive Managing Director Matt Gregory, selected participants have the opportunity to "fast track" their entry into commercial real estate through a curriculum that connects them with vendors, developers, appraisers and other industry experts. Paired with face-to-face classroom sessions, agents develop critical relationships and get a solid footing in the industry which otherwise takes years to build – all over the course of six months!

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are also grateful for the veterans and service members within our own team whose dedication and sacrifice continue to inspire us.

In observance of the holiday, our offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26.

Join us on July 15 at our downtown office for our biggest fundraiser of the year as we help kids return to school, ready to learn!

This year, we’re once again supporting Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana's Operation Backpack! All proceeds benefit local students by purchasing needed school supplies. Guests can also help by bringing donations from our school supply wish list to the event!

Thanks to your incredible support last year, we filled 224 backpacks and raised more than $8,000 for students in our community!
