Daniel has invested in real estate since 2007. After acquiring his bachelor's degree in 2005, he spent 13 years as a police officer in Columbus, GA. Real Estate Tip: Clean your dryer vents. This came out of mine after running a cleaning brush through it and then attaching a blower. This is a big cause of residential fires. Cleaning kits available at your local hardware stores.
