Sales in Columbus are actually up almost 3% and average sale price is up 4% from last year, but inventory has grown over 21%, which is why homes are taking longer to go under contract. Homes at or below the average price are still seeing strong activity, while homes priced higher are sitting well over a month and seeing more negotiation.
