We’ve been planning this addition for years, so actually standing in the space and seeing it take shape feels a little surreal.

One last-minute change we made…no more shared closet (yes… Greg’s will be a little smaller than mine 🤣).

And honestly, this decision was shaped by what we see every day in real estate. Touring homes with clients, it’s clear that buyers consistently prioritize a strong primary suite and closet space over a larger guest room.
