Be patient with me....I am working on building this page. Reasons for downsizing vary greatly. Most recently my husband and I down-sized because our second child will be leaving home soon to pursue his further education, an because we were wanting less to clean, paint, mow, & w**d. There are many other reasons for downsizing as well, some positive and some not as positive. The ones I could think of - off the top of my head - children going to college, children leaving home, children getting married, retirement, lost of a spouse or significant other, lost of a parent, health issues, the natural aging process, want to travel, change in life of some sort, entering a new phase of life, lost of job, too much to care for, too much to mow, too much to clean, money issues, want to simplify your life, want a change, want to pursue other things, etc.....lots of reasons......so keep coming back to this page for updates, current information, homes available. Downsizing is not the only thing I can help with either, listing your home, finding a place to build and even upsizing!
