It was a first for me and an uncommon occurrence. I was approached by a long time friend and former coworker to sell a family estate. Not unusual. What was, was her, her uncle and the estate had already picked out the buyer, Mavis-as seen here in purple-and that they had already picked a fair but below market price to sell the condo for. This was done to make the condo more affordable for Mavis. Mavis is related to the owner of the neighboring condo-as seen to the right of the photo here. In this transaction, everyone worked together in making it easy on Mavis to get into a new home close to relatives. There were no bumps in the road or issues with negotiation, just pure good intentions and true kindness from all involved. While I have always enjoyed my work I have never felt so good about any other transaction. My heart is warmed😊
