Listings Taken: Up 19% compared to last April. This is one of the strongest months of listing growth we’ve seen, and it positions May for outstanding performance. Open Units: Pending units are up 11% year‑over‑year, and we are on track to exceed 2,000 sales for the month—an achievement reached only a handful of times.Average sales price is up 8% at $419K versus $387K last April. Open Volume: Up 19% compared to the prior year.

Market Update
We continue to see strong momentum across Central Ohio.
March MTD, we have already sold nearly 1,100 homes—1% ahead of March 2025.
Price appreciation remains healthy, with our pending ASP at $387K, up from $378K last year, representing a 2.4% increase.
Our open volume is up nearly 4% year-over-year, despite the many variables influencing our industry.
