If you've been considering buying investment property then now is the time to have a conversation! There are a number of multi-family properties (Duplexes, etc) off-market that I'm aware of in addition to those coming to market or that are now on the market. FORESHADOWING: NYC is now in a buyer's market - at all price points. Columbus inventory remains historically low, but I predict a change in the market in the next 12 months. In Columbus, we are already seeing a slow down in showing activity and sales - not only due to certain price points. There were 3,338 homes and condos sold in June, which is 9.2 percent more than May, but this figure is down 5.1 percent from June 2017. Increasing interest rates will start to impact buying power as well.

Even the cheap apartments aren’t selling. In Manhattan, units priced below $1 million are piling up, according to a study by StreetEasy. Inventory
