Fireproof

Fireproof Fireproof is a community of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in Columbus' Short North. Come see why our neighbors call Fireproof home.

Enjoy modern floor plans, resident amenities, and easy access to local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Fireproof is an apartment community in the heart of Columbus's Short North Arts District, steps from High Street's restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops. Built in 1909 as the original home of Fireproof Warehouse and Storage, the building has been converted into one and two bedroom homes with tall ceilings, exposed industrial details, and floor-to-ceiling windows, plus stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and in-unit laundry. Residents enjoy a community room with outdoor seating and a firepit, private patios, and easy access to Goodale Park and North Market. Just outside your door: Gallery Hop each month, plus galleries, coffee shops, and restaurants along High Street.

Imagine waking up to this every morning.

Exposed brick, natural light, and space to actually host your people.

This could be your next home.

Where should I grab coffee around here?

Take your pick.

Northstar's about a block down, and Short North Coffee House is a couple blocks the other way.

We have a winner.

Congrats to Ericka Thompson for nailing the cotton ball count in the lobby and walking away with a $250 gift card to Woodhouse Spa.

The guesses were all over the board this week, and it was fun watching everyone stop, think it over, and throw a number out there.

Enjoy the spa day, Ericka. You earned it. 🖤

Some people just make a place feel like home.

Quick to help, quick to smile, and genuinely invested in the people who live here.

This is why we love what we do 🖤

Some buildings come with the name already on them.

That's the original Fireproof Warehouse and Storage Co. sign, still hanging right where it's always been on a building that's changed a lot since 1909 and kept the good parts.

Come see it for yourself on High Street.

Pizza, drinks, games, and good company? Count us in. 🍕

Join us on the Fireproof patio on June 24 from 6:00–8:00 PM for an evening with neighbors, delicious pizza from Paulie Gee's (including vegan options), adult beverages, and plenty of fun.

We can't wait to spend a summer evening with our Fireproof community.
