One of my favorite parts of real estate is that you never stop learning.
Spent the day at LIVE UNREAL ADVANCE with Jeff Glover picking up ideas, strategies, and motivation while getting to do it with friends.

Grateful for opportunities like this and thankful to Keller Williams for hosting such a great event in Columbus.

Then kicked off my birthday celebration a little early with a family dinner. Forgot to get a picture at the restaurant, so Niko joined us for one before Mom headed home. Toss in a couple espresso martinis and that make a perfect end to an incredible day!

This week was a great mix of learning, networking, and boots-on-the-ground real estate life here in Central Ohio.

Started the week with an excellent class from Justin Phillips on Tuesday, followed by another great session with Julie Wills on Thursday. Always grateful for instructors who continue pushing our industry forward and helping agents sharpen their skills to better serve clients.

Also spent time at the CORPAC Auction at the Boat House at Confluence Park in Columbus. It’s always nice catching up with fellow REALTORS®, industry friends, and supporting advocacy that helps protect homeownership and property rights.

Friday brought the classic “soggy showings” experience with rain across Central Ohio, but that didn’t stop buyers from getting out and seeing homes. Thankfully, Saturday brought a little more sunshine and a much better backdrop for showings and house hunting.

Real estate never really slows down, rain or shine. ☀️🏡

This week was a great mix of learning, networking, and boots-on-the-ground real estate life here in Central Ohio.

This morning I had the opportunity to attend a special event with Star House alongside fellow Columbus REALTORSÂŽ Foundation trustees.

The Foundation has supported Star House through community grants for several years, and it was incredible to see that impact continue to grow.

With a new location opening on the south side of Columbus, even more youth will have access to support, resources, and a safe place to land.

We had the chance to participate in the beam signing, a small but meaningful moment that represents something much bigger being built.

Grateful to be part of a community that shows up and gives back.

Some of the best parts of this business have nothing to do with contracts or closings but friendships.

Tonight I had dinner at Subourbon with a dear friend who also happens to be a client… and it was one of those nights that just fills your cup.

We talked about life, caught up on everything since closing, I got to saw all the amazing upgrades she has done to her new home so far, and of course enjoyed incredible food (and yes… the espresso martini was as good as it looks)

Moments like this are a reminder that real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about building relationships that last long after the keys are handed over.

Grateful for friends who have faith in you and become clients, and for a business built on trust, connection, and referrals.

Today was all about leveling up with Jon Harp and treating this career like the business it truly is. It was followed by some much needed time with a few of my leadership ladies who make the journey even better. 💛
