The Arbor offers the perfect balance of neighborhood charm

The Arbor is the newest addition to the Village Pointe development in up-and- coming South Columbus. Located a couple of blocks from Downtown and Historic German Village, The Arbor offers the perfect balance of neighborhood charm and urban living. Beautifully finished units, each with a spacious floorplan, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and stunning views of our beloved city, are just steps from community-engaged businesses including The Fitness Loft, Alchemy Juice Bar + Café, The Crest Gastropub, Strut the Salon, and Local Matters. Every tenant will have access to an extensive array of amenities including secure underground parking, a community room and business center, and a massive terrace with a swimming pool, fire pits and grills. Plentiful bicycle parking, trash/recycling valet service, and a VIP membership to The Fitness Loft round out this urban oasis.
