We will be installing new LED porch lights that will come on at dusk and off at dawn. The switch for the porch light will be disabled in your apartment.
Just a reminder all non-life threatening / property damaging maintenance requests please visit our website and click on maintenance. For life-threatening situations call 911 first.

I remind you parking in the OSU area is tough as you surely know. To park in your assigned space you MUST have your 88 Norwich parking pass displayed or your car will be towed. We have contracted with Maynard’s Towing Service and they have authority to tow at all times any car that is not displaying a current 88 Norwich parking tag. They do not require a code to tow. They patrol the area frequently 24-7. If there is an unknown vehicle in your spot you may call 261-8845 and have it towed. We have no choice about this as I am sure you understand.
I want to remind you that I need your help. I care very much about your safety. Please let me know if anything of a suspicious nature occurs or if you have any suggestions about safety issues. Please do your part by keeping the common doors (laundry and the access to the storage units’ main door) locked at all times. Please report any problems with the exterior of the building, laundry or storage rooms to me. Each apartment has at least two smoke alarms. I ask that you make sure they remain functional by keeping batteries in them and do not do anything that would prevent them from functioning at all times. Do not leave anything of value in your car. There have been thefts from vehicles in the area. Report anything suspension to the Columbus Police 645-4545 or 911 for threating situations.
Storage – use your storage room for extra items – Inside bike parking is available the storage room next to the garage. Please keep your bike locked while it is in the storage room. Bikes that are not locked may be removed. Please do not store anything in the furnace / water heater closet. Do not store or chain anything under or on the stairs. The item will be removed and discarded without warning (bikes, grills, etc). If you have questions about this let me know.
One last item is I thank you in advance for respecting every resident’s right to quiet time in the evenings and night time. I want to provide you with a safe and pleasant place to live while you are a student at the University. I hope your school year is great.
