📈The housing market in central Ohio enjoyed a strong month of June.

The number of closed sales in June increased to 2,951, a rise of 11.1% from the same period in June 2024.

The total number of homes for sale reached 5,188, up from 3,905 in June 2024, representing a 32.9% increase year-over-year.

The median sales price for homes in June 2025 rose to $350,000, up 4.5% from $334,900 a year ago.

Homes also took slightly longer to sell in June, with the median days on market increasing from 22 to 25 days, a 13.6% uptick.
