Meet the Staff: Justin 🤍

Justin is our July Cancer maintenance tech who’s been keeping 801 running smoothly since December. If you’ve put in a work order, chances are you’ve seen him around the building fixing things promptly and efficiently or cruising the grounds making sure everything looks its best.

When he’s off the clock, you can find him farming, hanging out with his dog Meatball, spending time with his friends and family, or listening to “Rainbow Connection”.

Basically the definition of good vibes and good maintenance ✨🚜🐾

The pool officially opens for the summer season this Friday, May 15th! 🤍☀️

Pool Reminders:

• Open daily from 9am to 9pm. We do have a staff member onsite monitoring the pool and making sure it gets shut down properly every night.

• Residents may bring a maximum of two guests.

• No glass permitted in the pool area.

• Keyfob required for access.

Meet The Staff Wednesday 🤍 A long overdue introduction to your 801 Polaris team!

Taelynn is a February Aquarius from South Dakota and your go-to behind the social media you see on our 801 Polaris platforms 📸

You’ve probably seen her around the building helping residents or welcoming future prospects on tours as a Leasing Consultant with us since November 2024 🏡🤍

Outside of work, she’s all about horror, red + black, but has a soft spot for animal print and pink. She loves music and currently on repeat is anything by Ayleen Valentine and the entire album “I Feel Everything” by Maggie Lindemann. She also has a cat named Bones, spends her free time gaming on her custom-built PC or watching UFC with her loved ones.
