CONGRATULATIONS to this adorable couple! They closed on their very first home and it was such a pleasure working with them both 😊 relocating all the way from Florida, myself and Ashley Thomas REALTOR put them into contract after just one day of shopping! 🚨🚨I’m currently working with a buyer client who for the SECOND time in one year, are being told they have to vacate! Not due to evictions, but simply because the new owners are coming in to renovate and double/triple the rent.

Listen….one thing that will NOT happen to me, is a random letter telling me that my time here in this house of MINE is done 🤷🏽‍♀️ luckily this buyer has been pre-approved and we’re on the move to getting them to homeownership 🤞🏽

What side of the fence are you trying to be on friends because this is really happening. I see it more than I’d like to!
