Pataskala and Etna may offer:

• More house
• More yard
• Suburban living
• Access to the Intel corridor
• Potentially better value

The best district isn’t necessarily the one with the biggest name. It’s the one that fits your family’s schools, commute, budget, and lifestyle.

Johnstown is changing faster than most people realize.

For years, people have looked at Johnstown as a quieter alternative outside Columbus.

Now the conversation is changing.

Intel, infrastructure improvements, housing development, commercial growth, and continued expansion around New Albany are putting Johnstown in a very different position than it was even a few years ago.

The mistake would be assuming all that growth automatically makes every property a good buy.

Location within the area, future development, commute patterns, schools, land use, and resale demand still matter.
