Today, I just had a fantastic experience working with Superintendent Josh Hail during my client’s first walkthrough. Josh was incredibly patient, giving a great orientation of the new build. It was great also to see that he pro-actively fixed small cosmetic issues before the meeting. He truly went above and beyond, holding my client’s hand through every detail of the house, including maintenance tips and troubleshooting.
Trinity also made the process seamless by welcoming our independent inspector and promising to take care of every detail. The house is in great shape, the report came back with very minor issues and my client couldn’t be happier. We’re excited to proceed. Thank you Josh!
